Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed automatically and sent to production quickly. Because of this, we do not accept cancellations, changes, or refunds due to change of mind once an order has been placed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

• Final sale or discounted items

• Orders placed by mistake or due to change of mind

• Items returned without contacting us first

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
